Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is perfectly located within an easy walk to our office. The rooms, although clean and comfortable, felt a bit small, making it a bit tight for movement inside. The service was exceptional, with very attentive and professional staff. The location is ideal for exploring the city, close to cafes, restaurants, and shopping. The dining experience was average with basic offerings. Overall, a lovely stay with a few minor inconveniences.
The hotel's location is fantastic, close to Circular Quay and offers friendly service. The rooms, though small, were clean and more than adequate for our stay. The dining options were limited, but the quality was satisfactory. The convenient location near transportation services and city venues adds to its value.
The hotel had quiet and dark rooms that were a bit small but adequate for a business traveler. The cleanliness and amenities were good. The friendly and welcoming service stood out, including early check-in and professional staff. The excellent location offered proximity to key attractions like Circular Quay, The Rocks, and Darling Harbour. The dining experience, while simple, was not worth the high price. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service and location but lacking in dining options.
The hotel has very accommodating staff, nice décor, and very clean rooms, all for a great price. Having a Nespresso in the room is a nice touch.
The hotel is situated in a perfect location, within a very easy walk to our office. The rooms were clean but a bit depressing, and despite amenities like a Nespresso-style machine, ironing board, and iron, they were small with a disappointing view of a building wall. The service was excellent, with extremely friendly and welcoming staff, but management lacked friendliness and efficient check-in/out systems. The location was ideal for walking to venues and activities at Circular Quay, making it convenient for inner Sydney work and amenities, but not suitable for travelers looking to be close to India, the Middle East, or South East Asia. The dining offerings were disappointing, cooked in advance and not fresh, with limited choices not worth the additional cost. However, the convenience and facilities were satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms, though small, were very clean, tidy, and well presented, making for a comfortable retreat after a day out exploring. The service was friendly and efficient, with staff always ready to assist. The location was superb, offering easy access to major city attractions. The dining experience was basic, with room for improvement. Overall, a great value for money stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were quite small and felt like sleeping in a broom closet. While I appreciated the free minibar with lots of drinks, the dirty and stained carpeting in the hallways and rooms was a major downside. The service was exceptional, with attentive and professional staff offering help with dry cleaning, housekeeping, grocery shopping, and even tours/ticket assistance. The location was ideal for exploring Sydney's main attractions and was perfect for attending events like Vivid. The dining experience was enjoyable with a good range of delicious food although it didn't quite match some other places I've stayed.
The hotel had a great location, within walking distance to many places in Sydney CBD area. The rooms were small but well-appointed, though may not be suitable for a couple with luggage. The service was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The dining experience was a bit disappointing, with pre-cooked offerings at breakfast. Overall, a convenient choice for exploring Sydney.
